Hello! Still no baby yet? I was hoping to be overloaded with picturesin my email from Kambree being born! I'll keep praying;)Another great week in Lebanon!Well on Monday we tracted into these sweet old black women. One was abaptist preacher, they were sisters. We talked about the plan ofsalvation and they pretty much believe the same thing except for the 3degrees of glory. We visited a less active lady Ruth Dean who we haven't been able tosee, she let us in and we were walking to her. In the middle she waslike "come outside I need to take a smoke" okay. But I think we weremaking her nervous, we just talked about her conversion story andwhat's holding her back now. Sweet lady, she'll be back soon.Sister Harbor went out to visit some members with us. We went out tovisit the Benitez and Butch and Lisa were there!! Seriously love them. They are so excited to be baptized. It's still on for this Saturday inthe Mt. Juliet ward! Yay. Great visit. On Wednesday we had Zone Conference in Murfreesboro. It was awesome! We drove out there and had car inscriptions, I love Elder and SisterJohnson! I'm going to be sad when they leave. But President trained onseeing the eternal perspective of it all. Then Sister Andersen got upand started with a story of when Sister Cotton and I first got toHendersonville when we white washed. The first visit we had was toBishop St. Onge, and he asked how long sister cotton had been out, 3months and then asked how long id been out, I said 3 hours. Everyonelaughed. But she was saying that we were asking bishop what we neededto do and he loved that. So that was cool. Later we split into groupsand had to talk about a topic, I was the only one talking! Haha no oneelse would. But it was good. We were with another zone too, so it wasfun to see my friends. The missionaries who are leaving always beartheir testimony at the end and I always cry, because I just love themand look up to them so much. The spirit is always strongest there.Love Zone Conferences. Then on the way back we get a call from a lady in the ward who is lessactive and needs help cleaning her house, so we go over and she's ahoarder. Like have you ever seen Extreme Hoarders on TLC? This was herhouse. She lives in government housing too. I seriously couldn't doit, there were bugs everywhere, and rat crap. I was going to cry.Sister Tenney's a champ and helped out. But that's an experience Inever want to experience again on my mission. On a lighter note, we had a lesson with Josh. I had this strongfeeling that we needed to teach the Word of Wisdom. So we prepared forthat. The first thing he says is I'm going to Florida in two weeks andam going to get smashed with my friend. Ha we all looked at each otherand were like okay well we have a great lesson for you! He took itwell. Haha he said he is still going to drink with his friend inFlorida, but when he comes back that will be it. So that's good!We also went over and visited Mary, she's a less active and she trainsGolden Retrievers. She gets a new dog every couple weeks. Well she hadthis dog Charlie who was 18 months old and he gets very excited aboutpeople coming over. So she lets him in and he jumps around on me andHE PEED ALL OVER MY FEET. Seriously. At first I didn't think about it,I thought he just got a drink and his mouth was wet. Then she was likeeh he just peed all over the floor. I almost cried. So gross! On Sunday we were asked to do a talk for FHE for the Single Adults. Sowe did. We talked about journal keeping and different ways you cankeep a journal. Then also about a bigger journal that is kept inheaven, the book of life. That was fun to research and learn moreabout. It went good though!I am loving this area. Tracting an hour a day has brought so manymiracles. We usually have one person who listens and it's usually atthe last 10 minutes we tract. I love learning about differentreligions as well. The people here really do love Their savior andknow him so well. That's something I love about the people here! Theyhave a strong testimony of him.Trip to Nashville:To start off, Monday part of my district decided to go to Nashville! We woke up and rode the train station down, then walked aroundBroadway for a little bit, saw the AT&T batman building, the CMTheadquarters, and the old Ryman building. I love it!! Then we walkeddown to the Country Music Hall of Fame and got pictures. Then walkedup into the convention center right across the street and walked tothe top of that and took a bunch of pictures! Great view. Then wewalked over Shelby Bridge, we took more pictures. The river made mewanna jump in, we were all hot and sweaty! Haha but LP field was rightthere also. That's where they hold the Country Music Fest each year, that happened a couple weeks ago. Can't wait to come back and actuallygo to it! Then we walked to the WW1 memorial building. It was so cool! That was right next to the state capital. Then we walked down Broadwayone last time and went through a couple stores. Then we went up to thebus station and took us bus to the Grand ol Opry. We went shoppingthere, the Elders did the pepper challenge, that was funny. Then wehad lunch and left. Then rode the bus back to the train station androde the train home. Country music was playing every where I went. Ican't wait for you to come out here!! Tennessee has my heart!Saw Loli at zone conference!! LOVE having her in my zone now!
